DASH SNOW

I don't believe I've mentioned Dash Snow on here. He is an artist who does extremely weird things... usually because he is totally fucked up. He has some fantastic polaroids which is how I first found out about him. But he does all these other things, like "hamster nests." To achieve a hamster nest they do a lot a lot a lot of coke, drink like MAD until they feel like hamsters. They shred newspaper or phonebooks and tear open pillows to get feathers to add to the mix until they fill the hotel room and get naked and roll around. They had live birds in one I heard about as well, though I'm not sure why. He was hired to do an installation piece where different people participated in violating the room. His pregnant wife lying in the scraps of dirty paper was the poster for the art. Here is the link to his polaroids for those interested.
